Home in Meyerland area that was owned by original homeowner that had no updates performed ever. The home was gutted down to the studs and the floor plan was designed and modified by Luria to make the home up to date with current design and real estate market demands.
This home sold for the highest price per square foot in Meyerland and still holds that record as of 10/2016. Sold in 2014
